Primary Functions
The AI Assistant system performs the following functions:

a. Intent Detection & Routing

Analyzes input and identifies the relevant department (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Ops).

Routes the request to the appropriate AI Agent based on tags or content.
b. Content Creation
Depending on the input type, the Marketing AI Agent may generate:

Blog Posts

Email Newsletters
-
Video Scripts (short + long form)

Digital Carousels
-
Social Captions (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
c. Task Management

Structured tasks are logged in Taskade.

Each task includes content type, tags, and a due date (default: 4 days from creation).

No task is auto-assigned unless manually configured.
d. CRM Integration

If a phone number or email is included, the system:

Adds or updates the contact in your CRM.

Assigns tags and notes based on the request.

e. Media & Editing Flow

Shortform Content → Sent directly to Shotform for captions.

Longform Requests → Sent to Google Drive → Longform Folder.

Manual Edits → Routed to Outlook Editing Folder.
4. Output Delivery
All outputs are:

Automatically sent to the client via Slack and/or Email.

Logged in Taskade with clickable links to content or file folders.

Time-stamped and tagged for tracking and categorization.
5. Error Handling & Edge Cases

If the input is missing critical data (e.g., content type), it is flagged in Taskade for manual review.

If a Slack audio file is sent that is not an .m4a, it is skipped.

Voice AI recordings are prioritized for transcription before task creation.
